It is 1 1/4″ x 29″ all the way up with adjustment out to 42″ and will fit a horse or mule. The split crupper is perfect for trail riding or mule tack to help keep the saddle in place without the risk of it sliding forward. This helps provide the extra stability needed for extreme trail riding or packing. Made in the USA.
