Description

New 1 1/2″ x 20″ black Beta Biothane Western Saddle off billet. The strap 1 1/2″ wide x 40″ long, but doubled over for two ply 20″ long. It is a super strong replacement or new off billet. The billet has 5 holes punched with leather tie string.
