57″ long Medium oil Over and Under Harness Leather Whip Made in the USA. This whip is made out of quality harness leather which is doubled over, beveled and stitched. It is 3/8″ wide and about 57″ long. It has a loop for you hand which is 7″ long and has a slide to tighten it. The over under also has a 12 popper at the end of it. Made here in the USA.
